全国人権連は、地域社会に居住するすべての人の人権が真に尊重される時代を築いてゆくために、地域人権運動の羅針盤とすることと併せて地域住民全体と一緒になった地域づくりに活かせるものとして、「地域人権憲章」を2012年11月の第5回全国大会で採択しました。
